HireQuest declares $0.06/share quarterly dividend for September payment

HireQuest's board declared a $0.06 per share quarterly cash dividend payable September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record September 1, 2026. This marks a continuation of shareholder distributions amid the company's ongoing portfolio of staffing and executive search franchises across construction, light industrial, healthcare, and other sectors. The filing contains standard forward-looking statement cautions regarding dividend sustainability, tied to cash flow, board approval, financing restrictions, and the company's financial condition.
