Host Hotels Q3 2026: Comparable RevPAR +8.8%, Full-Year Guidance Set at ~6.75% as Event Demand and Business Travel Accelerate
Host Hotels delivered its strongest comparable RevPAR quarter of 2026, with 8.8% growth driven by both ADR (+5.7%) and occupancy gains, powered by FIFA World Cup demand, America 250 special events, and accelerating business transient activity. Comparable hotel EBITDA margin expanded 90 basis points to 25.2% despite approximately 6% wage and benefit inflation, demonstrating that rate-led revenue growth is outpacing structural labor cost pressure. Post-quarter acquisitions of 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge ($202 million) and Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West ($172 million) signal active capital redeployment of Four Seasons disposition proceeds, with management setting full-year RevPAR guidance at approximately 6.75%.
