Huntsman Q3 2026: Revenue up 18% YoY to $1.72B, Adjusted EBITDA surges 40% to $132M as MDI pricing recovers across all regions
Huntsman Corporation delivered its strongest quarterly performance in recent periods, with Q3 2026 revenues of $1.717 billion (up 18% vs Q3 2025) and Adjusted EBITDA of $132 million (up 40%), driven by MDI average selling price increases across all three regions and a 12% volume surge in Advanced Materials. The Polyurethanes segment led the recovery with a 56% jump in segment Adjusted EBITDA to $75 million, underpinned by improved supply/demand dynamics and higher equity earnings from the China PO/MTBE joint venture. A critical offset is the near-total collapse in operating cash flow — free cash flow turned negative $99 million for the nine-month period versus positive $105 million in the prior year — driven by a $219 million working capital outflow, signaling that the earnings recovery has not yet translated into cash generation.
