Mettler-Toledo Q3 2026: 6% organic growth with 13% China surge drives raised FY2026 outlook and 5% initial 2027 guide
Mettler-Toledo delivered 6% organic local currency sales growth in Q3 2026, with China up 13% and adjusted EPS growing 13% year over year to $12.57, prompting management to raise the full-year 2026 local currency sales growth forecast from approximately 4%-5% to approximately 5%. Lab and industrial each grew 6% organically, with pipettes and liquid handling recovering sharply as biopharma and biotech research conditions improved. Initial 2027 guidance of 5% local currency sales growth and adjusted EPS of $52.50-$53.50 reflects continued China and emerging market momentum, U.S. onshoring tailwinds, and Spinnaker-driven share gains, partially offset by cautious assumptions on Europe and product inspection comparables.
