Textron raises FY2026 adjusted EPS and cash flow guidance after Aviation jet volume surge and Systems breakout quarter offset Bell MV-75 funding headwinds.

Textron delivered Q3 FY2027 revenues of $3.8 billion (up 4% year-over-year) with adjusted EPS of $1.76 and manufacturing cash flow of $418 million, beating the prior-year quarter on both earnings and cash metrics. Aviation's 51-jet delivery quarter and a 16% Systems revenue surge drove the outperformance, enabling management to raise full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $6.55-$6.65 and manufacturing cash flow guidance to $800-$900 million. The MV-75 Cheyenne program remains the central execution risk: a congressional ATR approval of $350 million provided near-term funding relief, but LRIP 1 award timing has slipped into 2027 under the current continuing resolution, and the associated first-article charge is now expected to rise to $110-$150 million.

Textron Inc. is a multi-industry company that leverages its global network of aircraft, defense, industrial and finance businesses to provide customers with innovative products and services around the world. Through 2025, we conducted our business through six operating segments: Textron Aviation, Bell, Textron Systems, Industrial and Textron eAviation, which represent our manufacturing businesses, and Finance, which represents our captive finance business. Our segments include numerous separately incorporated subsidiaries. Effective January 4, 2026, the beginning of our 2026 fiscal year, the business activities of the Textron eAviation segment were realigned within Textron's other operating segments resulting in the elimination of the Textron eAviation segment as a separate reporting segment. Textron Aviation is a leader in general aviation, manufacturing and servicing Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft and the Hawker brand of business jets. Bell is a leading worldwide supplier of military and commercial helicopters, tiltrotor aircraft, and related spare parts and services. The Textron Systems segment develops, manufactures and integrates products and services for U.S. and international military, government and commercial customers. The Industrial segment includes Kautex, a leader in plastic fuel systems for automobiles, and Textron Specialized Vehicles, which manufactures golf cars, utility vehicles, and aviation ground support equipment under brands including E-Z-GO, Jacobsen and Cushman. The Finance segment provides financing primarily to purchasers of new and pre-owned Textron Aviation aircraft and Bell helicopters.

Revenues increased 8% in 2025 versus 2024, driven by higher Bell military program volume principally on the MV-75 and higher Textron Aviation aircraft and aftermarket revenues, partially offset by lower Industrial revenues.
